The Attendee Acquisition Widget enables you to highlight your participation at CEDIA Expo 2019 with minimal effort. The widget is completely dynamic. All you have to do is log in to your exhibitor console, grab the widget code and embed it in your website.

Once embedded, the widget enables your website visitors to:

  • Add you as favorite exhibitor in their Expo Plan with a single click, and without leaving your website. Attendees typically print out their Expo Plan and use it as a check list for planning their time on the show floor. Putting the Attendee Acquisition Widget on your website will help you boost the number of times you are added as a favorite exhibitor by attendees.
  • View your Online Booth listing and enhanced content on the event website. Adding a detailed profile description and enhanced content such as products, show specials and press releases to your listing helps enhance your visibility amongst attendees. The widget helps drive traffic to your profile on the website and the interactive event map.
  • Register for the event from your website. Make it easier for your customers to register for the event by way of the promotion widget. In turn, increase your ROI from the event by meeting them face to face at the event.

In short, the widget enables you to engage your prospects and helps you build a pre-show lead list!

The Speaker Promotion Widget enables you to highlight your speaking sessions at CEDIA Expo 2019 with minimal effort. The widget is completely dynamic. All you have to do is log in to your speaker console, grab the widget code and embed it in your website or blog.

Once embedded, the widget enables your website visitors to:

  • View your speaking sessions on the event website. The widget helps to raise awareness and drive traffic to your sessions. 
  • Register for the event from your website. Make it easier for your fans and followers to register for the event by way of the speaker widget. In turn, increase your ROI from the event by meeting them face to face at the event.

In short, the widget enables you to engage your prospects and helps you build interest in your sessions!

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.

We recommend displaying the widget on your home page, as well as on all pages popular with your customers. You would also want to ensure that the widget is displayed prominently above the fold (i.e. in the top section of the website, just below the masthead), so that visitors can view it without having to scroll. 

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your Online Booth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Console.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the "Exhibitor Console" and then select "Edit Booth Info".
  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.
Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.

Your Attendee Acquisition Widget comes bundled with a powerful dashboard that helps you monitor and evaluate your ROI from the widget.

Total number of visitors who added you to their expo plan
This is the total number of times you show up in attendees' expo plan as a favorite exhibitor.

Known visitors who added you to their expo plan
These are visitors who logged in to the event website with their credentials before adding you as a favorite.

Anonymous visitors who added you to their expo plan
These are visitors who added you as a favorite without logging in.

Visitors who added you to their expo plan using the widget on your website
This is the number of times visitors clicked on the 'Add to My Expo Plan' button on the widget to add you as a favorite exhibitor.

Log in to your Speaker Console and click on the 'Speaker Promotion Widget' link. 

In the Exhibitor Console, click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.
Visit the Show Specials page to see what special events exhibitors are planning in their booths.

To search for attendees, select the Search the Attendee List button located on the Exhibitor Console page.

  • Leads:

    Leads are attendees who have favorited your eBooth profile. Attendees may search for exhibitors based on a number of factors such as product offerings, geographic location, and keywords that they have indicated as relevant to them. Please ensure that you have updated your eBooth profile with complete information, so as to provide attendees with richer, searchable content within your eBooth and increase your likelihood of being favorited.
  • Search:

    If you would like to perform a detailed search for an attendee, select the Search tab to search by keyword, category, country and state.
  • My Attendees

    This is a list of attendees that you have tagged as favorites.
  • Recommendations

    This is a list of your system matches. Increase your chances of getting better leads by filling out the information on the Connect Preferences page.
  • Connect helps you to find your best exhibitor matches and network with each them in a secure environment.
  • You get access to cutting-edge planning tools to build your meeting schedule and session itinerary.
  • Connect offers you a seamless experience from any device.

You can send an email to a specific attendee from any of your attendee lists by clicking on the envelope icon. An email will be sent directly to the attendee's inbox.

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

The Recommendations list contains your best system matches. Be sure to complete your online profile and preferences in order to be matched with exhibitors who have similar interests as yours and make the best use of your time onsite.

To request an appointment with an attendee, simply go to the Attendees List. Click on the calendar icon on the far right of the selected attendee's name.

Select a date and time that works with your schedule.

Select a location from the dropdown menu.

Enter a short message explaining why you would like to meet.

Click on the "Submit" to send the appointment request.

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

You can send an email to a specific exhibitor from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the envelope icon. An email will be sent directly to the exhibitor's inbox. Keep track of your emails on the My Messages page.

You can request an appointment with a specific exhibitor from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the calendar icon. 

Choose a convenient date and time and write a short note requesting an appointment. Your request will be sent to the exhibitor's inbox.

You can track your appointments in your calendar found on the My Appointments page. On the My Appointments page you can click on an appointment to accept, decline, or make modifications to an appointment. You can export or print the calendar by choosing the correct option in the upper right corner of the calendar.
