Thank you for your interest in 2025 CEDIA Expo & Commercial Integrator Expo.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

​A deposit is required to request your space. This is a non-refundable processing fee. If you supplied a credit card for the initial deposit, you will be automatically charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule:

  • 30% booth deposit due with contract to reserve space through October 11th, 2024 - This is a non-refundable processing fee.
  • 70% due October 12th, 2024, through May 6th, 2025 - Exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after October 12th, 2024
  • 100% of total invoice due May 7th, 2025 - Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after May 7th, 2025

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 CEDIA Expo".
