Thank you for your interest in 2026 CEDIA Expo & Commercial Integrator Expo.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

​A deposit is required to request your space. This is a non-refundable processing fee. If you supplied a credit card for the initial deposit, you will be automatically charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule:

  • 30% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by October 10th, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 70% of the total booth space fee is due by October 11th, 2025 - Exhibitor is liable for 70% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by May 7th, 2026 - Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2026 CEDIA Expo".
